Adobe Security (Enhanced) Settings Follow
If you are experiencing issues when trying to print PDF's in Adobe or if you cannot launch Accela documents (load screen hangs or you get an Access Denied error), please follow the steps below to adjust a setting that should enable printing.
To resolve this issue select the following within Adobe:
Click the Edit Menu
Select Preferences
Select Security (Enhanced)
Uncheck Enable Protected Mode at Startup
Click OK
Close Adobe
Reopen Adobe and test
