The Employee Reimbursement Form allows City employees to submit digital copies of vouchers and travel settlements.

The HPForms system is powered by Laserfiche and consists of several distinct Forms processes. As a City of High Point employee, you have already been assigned a Laserfiche license.

When logging into HPForms, you'll be presented with the following login screen:

You may log in by either clicking the blue "Windows Authentication" button and entering your High Point domain credentials or by explicitly entering your credentials and clicking the green "Sign In" button. If you select the latter option, ensure that you prepend your username with the domain name followed by a backslash (domain\username). Omitting the domain will result in a login failure.

Upon successful login, you'll see a list of Forms processes to which you have access.
