This article is intended for those who may have received an error that email access has been restricted and they can no longer get email on their smartphone. This is not the step-by-step instruction needed for configuring email.

To restore email access on your smartphone, please complete the following steps:

1. Install Duo
2. Install MS Outlook (make sure it's the actual MS Outlook app)
3. Navigate to outlook.office365.com and login
   • It should prompt your DUO app and then load the web version of your inbox. If so, continue. If not, please notify HP Support.
4. Launch the Outlook app
5. Login with your city email
   • It should take you to a screen to login with your password and then prompt DUO authentication.
   • If it hangs, switch your WiFi connection setting to the opposite of how it was when you started.
