Update Information in Email Signatures Follow
Once your email signature has been updated with new CoHP logo, there may be some incorrect information, or you may prefer certain information to be displayed differently. For example, instead of a title being displayed as “Director, Assistant,” you may prefer it to be displayed as “Assistant Director.” We have provided the means for you to change your display name, title and phone number. You can also add your mobile phone number if you would like it to be included.
Attached are instructions on how to make these changes. There are three versions of the instructions that you can use depending on where you are making the changes from.
- "Update Info in Email Signature Using Xink Client.pdf" – This is the primary way to update your signature information if you use Outlook. It is a client installed on your computer.
- "Update Info in Email Signature Using Outlook Add-in.pdf" – This is an alternative method that you can use from within Outlook.
- "Update Info in Email Signature Using Web Mail.pdf" – This is the option to use if you use Outlook on the web (i.e., webmail).
