1. Right-click the Citrix Workspace icon in the system tray (lower, right corner by the date/time)
2. Select Advanced Preferences
3. When the window loads, click Reset Citrix Workspace from the list (views vary)

Once the refresh is complete, enter highpoint.cloud.com to configure your connection (do not use your email or any other web address). 

If prompted, Select UX Gateway (not UX Gateway2).

Once the site has been configured, login with your email address, username and password, and test your apps. You should expect DUO to prompt you as well.
