If a technician needs to remote your machine, here’s what it will look like:

Navigate to www.LogMeIn123.com and once there, the technician will provide you with a 6-digit code.

Once you input the code, you can click Start Download. When your download appears in the bottom, left of your internet screen, please click to launch it.

Once it runs, you will see this session window.

When prompted, please click Ok on the following 2 screens to allow the technician to connect.

When the technician disconnects, you may close any remaining LogMeIn windows.
