As of October 1st, 2025, the City has transitioned to WorkDay to handle employee profiles and data, including payroll-related information.  HPForms is no longer used for DD or Withholding requests.

Please log into WorkDay using your city credentials. 

Navigate to the "Learning" option in the main menu:

From there, you can navigate to the Learning Repository and find all the instructional materials for working with your payroll elections/options:
