Effective February 22, 2023, the Department of IT Services will migrate our Citrix environment to a cloud-based environment. Once migrated, you will no longer be able to log into Citrix using storefront.highpointnc.gov or appstore.highpointnc.gov. Instead, you will need to use highpoint.cloud.com and Duo multi-factor authentication. Please test logging into the Citrix cloud environment before 2/22 and open a ticket with HP Support if you have any issues. This will help ensure that you do not have issues once we switch to the cloud environment.

Please follow the below steps to log into Citrix.

1. Navigate to highpoint.cloud.com and enter your CoHP username (e.g., someone@highpointnc.gov)

2. Enter your CoHP username again (if it’s not automatically added) and password

3. Provide your 2nd authentication method for Duo

4. The Citrix Workspace app is launched with published apps and desktops
